Our wish is to assist international winemakers to ensure that future generations enjoy the gift of wine within an environmentally respectful context - and frankly, in the context of extreme water scarcity and increasing heat - to assist them to adapt, diversify or migrate. Even more, we hope that our research can be used to create resilience and mitigation strategies both in viticulture as well as in other luxury and staple crops.
