The Taste of Climate Change© is a proprietary lecture and tasting event developed by TWACCI Founder, Linda Johnson-Bell. First conducted in conjunction with GCAP, The Global Climate Adaptation Partnership for the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment, in 2016. Designed for climate scientists and wine initiates, it is a flexible exercise that can be adapted to different audiences in demonstrating the direct effects of climate change on the grape’s growing season, quality, aging ability, and taste.
